A New Kind of Veterinary Care in Galloway Township
Galloway Township is now home to a veterinary practice that’s breaking the mold of traditional pet care. Galloway Veterinary Wellness, located at 53 W. White Horse Pike, is the vision of husband-and-wife team Anthony Sergi and Dr. Alaina Michel — a dynamic duo combining science, compassion, and innovation.
Meet the Team Behind the Practice
Anthony Sergi, a St. Augustine Prep graduate (Class of 2013), holds a degree in biology and business from Florida Southern College.
Dr. Alaina Michel, originally from Cranford, NJ, has spent the last seven years in the South Jersey area. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut, she graduated from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
Her passion, however, truly blossomed through advanced training in holistic and integrative medicine at Chi University in Florida and the College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies.
“I am always learning, whether through new certifications or clinical experiences, to ensure that my patients receive the most up-to-date, comprehensive care,” says Dr. Michel. “Ultimately, my commitment to lifelong learning, and my deep love for animals drive everything I do in my practice.”
A Holistic, Customized Approach to Pet Wellness
Dr. Michel’s vision for Galloway Veterinary Wellness was born from her desire to offer both traditional and alternative therapies in one space. Her philosophy? No single approach works for every pet. By combining conventional veterinary practices with progressive alternative therapies, she creates personalized care plans tailored to each animal’s unique needs.
Her practice blends proven methods with innovative treatments, all aimed at improving wellness, preventing disease, and extending the lives of beloved pets.
